Outage of IPR network applications and services
Institute of Planning and Development of the Capital The City of Prague (IPR) was infected with a crypto miner virus, which used the computing capacity of the institute for crypto currency mining. Fortunately, no data were lost or damaged due to timely intervention, but for preventive reasons it was necessary to cut off IPR completely from the Internet and disconnect all IPR network services, including the Geoportal and email boxes of IPR employees and offices.

Intensive cleaning measures and preparations for the restoration of all systems are now underway. The relaunch should take place in the second half of this week. The work was organized in such a way that it had the least effect on the performance of employees. The Center for Architecture and Urban Planning (CAMP) continues to operate without any restrictions.

We apologize for any inconvenience, if necessary, please direct your questions to IPR employees by phone.
