In store, in fact, it is indeed possible to go and buy directly. But only for products available on the shelves: the IT services provided by the Camaïeu head office are also unavailable. In one of the brand's shops, the verdict is final: “nothing can be accessed”, due to “a big computer problem since Saturday”.

The brand's communicators ensure that the offer "will be staggered so that you can take advantage of it".

Such a technical incident, leading to the shutdown of many systems, especially business lines, recalls the one that affected the French subsidiary of the Würth hardware store at the beginning of April. Again, many systems had been shut down, including the website. And it was only possible to buy in-store items that were in stock.
