An attack with external malware brought the entire IT infrastructure of our company to a standstill on Tuesday, March 30th. Since, among other things, programs are affected that are relevant for patient documentation, we have initiated an admission stop for the entire hospital with immediate effect, with the exception of obstetrics, maternity wards and premature babies. Due to the severe restrictions in the operational process, we have to cancel all elective interventions and planned inpatient stays until further notice.

It is our concern to enable our patients to have important social contacts during a longer hospital stay, because social participation is an essential aspect for recovery. Visits to our house are therefore restricted to a limited extent, provided that strict infection control measures are adhered to.
