The Fareva group was the victim of a hacker attack. It would have stopped production in its factories, including that of Amboise.
After the European Medicines Agency , the Fareva group , a pharmaceutical manufacturer headquartered in Luxembourg, has in turn been the victim of a cyber attack. this Wednesday.
A ransom to restore the trade secrets?
The hackers would have seized the group's data, including confidential data concerning trade secrets, demanding a ransom to return them.
In addition to the productions carried out for large pharmaceutical groups, such as Viagra, Fareva is preparing to package an anti-Covid vaccine created by a German laboratory CureVac.
In Amboise, the factory shut down
