GREAT NECK, NY — The website for a yeshiva high school in Great Neck was down Monday evening following an apparent hack in which anti-Semitic propaganda and racial slurs were reportedly published.
Patch confirmed that around 5 p.m., the website for North Shore Hebrew Academy showed the site was "under construction."
"Please check back soon," a message on the school website said.

Multiple accounts tweeted out what appeared to be images and video of anti-Semitic material that were published to the page. The school promotes itself as a modern Orthodox yeshiva high school in the heart of Great Neck.
Video posted on Twitter showed a video with a swastika on the top left of the page overlaying video of Nazi soldiers. Another video played a children's song that had been edited to include a reference to Auschwitz, a concentration camp in Poland where more than 1.1 million people were killed.

Repeated phone calls to the school were not immediately returned.
Nassau County police couldn't immediately confirm the school's website was the target of a hack. The department is conducting an investigation involving the school.
